Central Ohio’s economy is growing rapidly, but the region faces an employment gap. There aren’t enough workers with the skills employers need to fill open positions. Local educators, business leaders and representatives from economic development groups involved in the Central Ohio Compact took the next steps in developing an action plan that addresses the region’s workforce needs.
