Notes

Who Can Attend?

District superintendents, high school principals, assistant principals, counselors; college presidents, admissions officers, academic advisors, and other student service leaders are encouraged to attend. Employers and social services agencies are invited to attend as we continue to develop 9-14 career pathways aligned with labor market needs. School districts, colleges, and universities are urged to bring teams of professionals who can contribute to a regional dialogue.

Our Vision

By 2025, 65 percent of Central Ohio adults will complete a postsecondary certificate or degree.

To reach that goal, Ohio must increase college success among the fast-growing groups that will account for a growing proportion of the state’s population, including working adults, low-income and first-generation students, and students of color. The challenge is to carry out a regional strategy for igniting economic growth and building healthier, more sustainable communities.
